Our Easter Colomba is a traditional Italian Easter cake, the counterpart of the two well-known Christmas desserts, panettone and pandoro. Our cake is made with bits of candied Sicilian oranges, and is than covered with icing sugar and almonds. It is moist and fragrant, and offers culinary insight into our delicious pastry traditions.
Ingredients of colomba: wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast, skimmed milk powder, candied orange peels 1 8%. Emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids. Flavours.
